• Doses of Nutrient energy based on ancient Ayurveda will be provided for a patient only after the patient or guardians of the patient apply in the prescribed form of registration of the patient’s name and express full concurrence with D. S. Research Centre.
• Specialist Vaidya’s (Kavirajas) of D. S. Research Centre prescribe, prepare and dispense doses of nutrient energy treatment as per the report about the patient submitted and on request by the patient or their guardian for treatment.
• Because D. S. Research Centre does not provide medicines for commercial purposes or for open sales, the doses are prescribed and packed manually (although with scientific care) under the advice and direction of expert Vaidyas and Kavirajas.
• Nutrient energy-based medicine is made available only at the units of D. S. Research Centre. Medicines are also sent directly to the patients through courier and postal services. There is no other source or agent to supply these medicines.
• Because doses are prepared against individual reports about patients, medicines supplied once are under no circumstances taken back.
• Any complaint, opinion and suggestion regarding our treatment here should be submitted to authorities in writing.
• No guarantee possible to be given about cure of any patient, but in view of the fact that doses of nutrient energy prepared on the basis of Ancient Ayurveda have brought many patients back to their normal lives, we take every care of humanitarian sympathy for the sufferers and of course response of the treatment may vary from case to case as per the conditions of the patient.
• Management of D. S. Research Centre reserves the right to alter/ change/ amend any clause stipulated in terms of agreement without prior Notice.
• D. S. Research Centre is a unit of D. S. Research Centre Pvt. Ltd. Which has its registered office at Kolkata (W.B.) Disputers/Litigations, if any, of whatever nature should be settled at a Kolkata Court and only the courts of Kolkata shall have the exclusive jurisdiction in this regard.

DO’S AND DON’TS FOR PATIENTS/GUARDIANS

• All payments regarding research and development fee, cost of dispensing medicine and registration fee should be deposited at D. S. Research Centre’s Clinic/Bank Account.
• Guardians/ relatives of patients should always note minutely the problems and /or improvements in the health conditions of patients and must clearly and regularly inform (in writing) the Centre. These reports help prescribing doses, so no doses of medicines can be supplied in absence of proper reporting.
• All care must be taken by patient or guardian to keep medicine intact & safe. Contact with damp, dust, heat, smoke etc. should be avoided to preserve the quality of the doses.
• Advice and help should be taken from experienced medical practitioners in respect of other diseases and/ or problems of the patient and proper measures should be taken for maintenance of patient health.
• The Centre must be communicated in writing if any other method of treatment is to be started or continued simultaneously.
• Care must be taken about time and method of administering doses. Instructions should be followed properly and with priority.
