it starts?
The function of kidney in our body is excretion by

Symptoms
are rarely observed in the earlier stages, majority are late stage presentations,
which mostly include-

i.e. Blood mixed urine

visible lump or swelling

-Swelling,
mostly facial puffiness due to inadequately functioning kidneys
-Abnormalities
in renal function test
-Extreme
tiredness

Simply to avoid the risk factors
-Accept the methods available in alternative system of
medicine to avoid strong pain killing medications
-Maintain a healthy diet and lifestyle with regular
exercises
-To control high blood pressure and diabetes at the
earliest to prevent complications
-Minimal exposure to environmental chemicals.
-Avoid nephrotoxic drugs and habitual use of antibiotics
-Sufficient amount of water intake on daily basis and
proper evacuation of urine.
