Job description
●
Review job descriptions for all positions at
regular intervals and update them in consultation with the concerned person.
●
Recruit candidates for the vacant positions or
for the upcoming positions after discussing with the operations head or centre
head.
●
Salary negotiation, handle the end to end
recruitment cycle.
●
Coordinate with the admin for induction and
joining formalities of the candidate.
●
Preparation of letters as when applicable,
coordinate with respective authorities,
Management and employee to conduct the performance appraisal
●
Assisting in ISO Audit, Update the HRIS
●
Coordinate for the Full and Final settlement of
the resigned employees.
●
Communicate to the employees regarding their
grievances and try to resolve the same by discussing with the concerned and
also with their reporting authorities and the Management.
●
Handle the leave management and attendance
calculations on monthly basis to prepare the salary sheet.
● Share the payslip
and leave cards with the respective employees
