Multiple myeloma is a type of blood cancer which affects bone marrow by infiltrating cancerous plasma cells. Plasma cells are responsible for producing antibodies to fight infections and are a crucial component of the body's immune system. And when these normal plasma cells turn abnormal they cause Multiple Myeloma.
Genetic
mutation is one of the prime causes of Multiple Myeloma which progresses
spontaneously as age progresses. March
